Duna Terasz Premium

Duna Terasz Premium is the second phase of the Duna Terasz residential development.

It was started in 2017, after the crisis of 2008. In the condominium there are 322 flats and 7 shops along the pedestrian promenade on the western side of the building. This type of building provide large terraces for the 4 bedroom apartments on the south side of the building.
