Duna Terasz first phase

The construction of the first phase of the Duna Terasz was started by Fadesa (Spain). The structure was ready for use when they sold the property and the building was later finished by GB Europa LLC .

In the building there are 360 flats and ground floor shops

Metropolis International LLC provided the project managment service during the construction.
